Until we get all above identification details , we wont list your business under any circumstances

Its only 1. Let’s say you are an owner of 2 Hotels. You will be able to advertise just 1 hotel per location subject to your Hotel is with booking.com. If you want to advertise the 2nd Hotel in the same location or different location, you may do so , but by paying a separate monthly subscription fee and depending on the availability of advertising slots.

There is NO commission at All (Zero).

Its compulsory to include an E-Mail address which you check regularly at the time of registering with us. Its your responsibility to make necessary arrangements to facilitate the booking upon receiving of the booking confirmation from us

Yes absolutely ! No Contracts, you can cancel anytime

Its valid for the period you have paid for. If you paid for 1 month, its valid for 1 month(30 days), if paid for 3 months , its valid for 3 months .Unless you renew the subscription, it will get expired automatically.

Yes, Definitely. We need good quality content such as text & images for every listing. Please ensure the content such as text & images doesn't violate Copyright Law and images are in very good quality. If you got a YouTube video of your Activity or Tour, send us the YouTube link and we will include that in your listing. You need to E Mail us 3-5 images and should be in JPEG/PNG format and sizes should be MINIMUM 870 width 555 height in pixels. Apart from RENT A CARS, we DO NOT undertake photo editing FREE OF CHARGE. Please get yourself familiar with our listings with regards to RENT A CAR, TOUR PACKAGES & ACTIVITIES to get an idea of how to structure the content etc.

Yes. To reduce site loading time, “text” should be limited to 100 words per each "daily itinerary" and maximum 400 words with regards to the "Overview"/ "highlights" section of all "Tour Package" listings. With Regards to RENT A CAR and ACTIVITY Listings, we allow maximum of 600 words of "text" in the "Overview" section. Total word count for the entire Tour Package listing & Activity Listing should be maximum 1000 words – we may allow additional word count – but it's entirely at our own discretion. For "Tour Packages", we need to have complete itineraries for each day of the tour for all tour packages apart from "Day Tours".

Definitely “NO”. We do not include your contact details, or any other 3rd party links such as but not limited to website links or social media account links under any circumstances

NO, we won’t refund, unless we are duty bound to do so under our Terms & Conditions. Under no circumstances we can give you a guarantee that you will get any business income as a result of advertising / listing with us. We generally advise our advertisers to be “fair” when it comes to “pricing” and to include all relevant content such as brief summary of the Tour / activity , Daily Itineraries with complete details of where you intend to take your client , what’s included and what’s excluded etc. Pay special attention to Images / photos you want us to include. However, you are more than welcome to cancel your subscription at any given time.

Definitely NO. Paying for 3 months or 6 months in advance (by doing so you simply save considerable amount of listing fee) or listing few “listings” with us doesn’t entitle you to demand any priority listing slot. We need to be fair with every client, listings getting listed “first come first serve” basis. So please DO NOT demand us to put your listing on top of the list or any other special treatment/ favor as such.

Yes , for a limited time only. Lets consider this example. If you list your hotel in the featured destination - Kandy , there will be only 20 advertising slots. Let’s say your listing appears at 4th slot and the last slot is on 20th position. But both advertisers pay the same amount as listing fee. Based on feedback from clients, we also feel there will be an disadvantage for the last few advertising slots. We have decided to make the listings “automated” in few weeks time by “shuffling” the listings from time to time. Which means if you opens the “Kandy” page , you will see “Hotel A” in 4th position, but for some other person, it will be shown at 1st slot/position or may be 14th position. This way, all 20 odd listings per each category (HOTEL, VEHICLES, TOURS & ACTIVITIES) will get a fair opportunity to get displayed in first few slots, randomly

Yes , its compulsory that you agree to all the terms mentioned in this page / FAQ section as well as agree to our TERMS & CONDITIONS and PRIVACY POLICY. Kindly go through each policy page before advertising with us and if you decided to advertise / list with us, we assume that you are familiar with all our terms & conditions, privacy policy etc and you agree with such policies. If we see that you are not providing a good customer service to our clients and as a result getting negative feedback, to safeguard our reputation and to safeguard our customers, we will remove your listing with immediate effect and you won’t be entitled for any refunds such as Monthly subscription fee etc.
