You will kick off your excursion by paying a visit to the Temple of the Tooth where the tooth relic of Buddha is placed at. Also, you will check out the St Paul’s church, which shares a boundary with the Temple of the Tooth. Next, you will take a leisurely stroll along the Kandy Lake and try some street food from the vendors around the Lake. Afterwards, you will climb to the top of the Bahirawakanda to see the immaculate white statue of the Buddha, which is 88ft in height. Next, you will visit to the serene Udawattakele Forest Reserve, which is a quieter alternative to the Royal Botanical Gardens. Finally, you will sit down for an evening of entertainment and watch a traditional Kandyan dancing show that is sure to leave you spellbound.
